Blueberry hummus recipe
Are you feeling adventurous? Try out this recipe for blueberry hummus. We were somewhat apprehensive at first but love it with vegetable sticks and crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, tahini and lemon juice.
- Add blueberries, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; pulse until smooth.
- Serve.
