Blueberry smoothie bowl

Blueberry smoothie bowl topped with chia seeds, flaked coconut, and mixed berries.


  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional toppings: chia seeds, flaked almonds, sliced banana, flaked coconut, other berries, nuts, seeds.


  1. Place frozen berries, banana, chia seeds, oats and coconut water in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Carefully pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl. Place fresh blueberries and other toppings on top.
