Blueberry smoothie bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- ⅓ cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional toppings: chia seeds, flaked almonds, sliced banana, flaked coconut, other berries, nuts, seeds.
Instructions
- Place frozen berries, banana, chia seeds, oats and coconut water in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Carefully pour the smoothie into a shallow bowl. Place fresh blueberries and other toppings on top.
